No part of this publication may
be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted
in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying,
recording, altered, sold or otherwise, without the prior
permission of the copyright owner.
No
part including any design component of Aquajeep may be reproduced
for any commercial gain in anyway or any variant manufactured
vaguely resembling Aquajeep in any way or form or any of its design
components. Any infringement of Aquajeeps design or concept or
modified design or any effort to attempt to gain commercially will
result in Legal Action.
Purchasing an Aquajeep License gives you the right
to build ONE VEHICLE ONLY. You do not buy the plans, you buy
the License to build only ONE VEHICLE. You may not sell, hire,
lend, give away the plans for free nor permit any unlicensed build
without our permission and a license fee paid to us, all of our
plans therefore effectively have no value to you other than to
build your own vehicle. Anything else is theft. Your unique serial number with initial and
name must be on a clearly stamped / engraved metal disc fixed
to the outside of the Cab Hoop. Failure to do so will imply that
it is an unlicensed build and will result in Legal Action. The
vehicle will become the property of Aquajeep immediately.
You are
required to identify your vehicle in minimum two inch letters
on each side and a minimum of four inch letters at the rear: AQUAJEEP.COM.
Aquajeep, its owners or any agents thereof accepts no responsibility
whatsoever for the information enclosed in these build plans with
regards to errors or omissions and or suitability of the finished
vehicle for any given purpose or usage.
It is in your own interests
to ensure that the vehicle you build is safe and complies with
all or any safety or construction specifications or regulations
regarding any legalities that are in force in any country at any
given time relating to all or any issues.
It is a requirement that
once your Aquajeep is finished, you notify us of the color and
registration number for our records.
If you do not agree to these
terms and conditions then do not proceed with the purchase and
build.
